01Collection of your Personal Information

Information you give us

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Scarface Trades may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

• First and Last Name
• Mailing Address
• E-mail Address
• Phone Number
• Answers you give in forms, registrations, applications and surveys
• Messages you send us by email, Discord or support channels

Information from Whop and Discord

When you join through Whop or connect Discord, we receive information such as your Whop user ID and username, email address, membership status and purchase history, and your Discord username, user ID, avatar and the messages you post in our server.

Payment information

Purchases are processed by Whop and its payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may receive limited billing details, such as your name, the plan purchased, the amount and the last four digits of your card, to manage your membership.

Live sessions and recordings

Live sessions may be recorded and shared with members. If you speak, type in chat or turn on your camera during a session, your name, voice, image and comments may be included in the recording.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Scarface Trades' public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include:

• Registering for an account
• Entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners
• Signing up for special offers from selected third parties
• Sending us an email message
• Submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services

To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

02Use of your Personal Information

Scarface Trades collects and uses your personal information to:

• Operate and deliver the services you have requested
• Create and manage your membership, billing and access to Discord
• Respond to your questions and provide support
• Send you service messages, and marketing messages where permitted
• Measure and improve our Services, content and advertising
• Protect the Services, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms
• Comply with legal obligations

Scarface Trades may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Scarface Trades and its affiliates.

03Cookies, Pixels and Tracking

Our websites and funnel pages use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools and advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel, to keep pages working, understand how visitors use them, measure our advertising and show relevant ads on other platforms.

Scarface Trades may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Scarface Trades, in order to determine what services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Scarface Trades to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage interest-based advertising in the ad settings of platforms such as Meta and Google. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Services work.

04Automatically Collected Information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Scarface Trades. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, device type, domain names, access times, pages viewed, referring website addresses and marketing link tags. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Scarface Trades website.

05Sharing Information with Third Parties

Scarface Trades does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties, and does not sell your personal information for money.

We share information with service providers that help us run the Services, under contracts that limit how they may use it. These include our membership and payment platform (Whop), community platform (Discord), website, funnel and CRM providers, email and SMS providers, video and live session platforms (such as YouTube and Zoom), and analytics and advertising platforms (such as Meta).

Scarface Trades may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Scarface Trades may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Scarface Trades, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

If Scarface Trades is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

06International Data Transfers

Scarface Trades operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may process your information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those where you live. Where required, we take appropriate steps, such as contractual safeguards, to protect your information when it is transferred.

07Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this statement. Account and membership information is kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Some information may be kept longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information

• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on your consent
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

• Delete your personal information from our records; and
• Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

• Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with applicable law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.

Scarface Trades reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your:
